The Supper Club is a favourite evening out for food and wine lovers all around Navan.
Experience an amazing 5 course meal prepared by award winning chef Sandra Earl. Before opening earl’s kitchen, Sandra was head chef at the Dunraven Arms Hotel in Adare, the Park Restaurant, and also Ernie’s of Donnybrook.
Included with each course is a glass/tasting of wine sourced by The Wine Buff, Navan.

Butternut Squash Soup with Pumpkin Seeds and Nutmeg Cream.
Served with Laila Verdicchio (2010).
Bake Hake on a Chive and Sundried Tomato Risotto with Parmesan and Rocket Salad.

Warm Filo Pastry Parcel of Venison and Cranberry with a Plum and Wild Mushroom Jus.
