Every Supper Club menu is different depending on what’s in season, so you’ll have a fresh surprise every time you join. We cook local produce from local suppliers.

Sandra was previously head chef at some of Ireland’s most prestigeous restaurants; The Dunraven Arms Hotel in Adare, Park Restaurant, and Ernie’s of Donnybrook.

Butternut Squash Soup with Pumpkin Seeds and Nutmeg Cream.
Served with Laila Verdicchio (2010).
Bake Hake on a Chive and Sundried Tomato Risotto with Parmesan and Rocket Salad.
Served with Clos de L’Epinay – Vouvray Sec (2008).
Warm Filo Pastry Parcel of Venison and Cranberry with a Plum and Wild Mushroom Jus.
Served with “Elfo” Salento Rosso (2005).
Roulade of Chicken with Parma Ham and Blackpudding, Marinated Chicken Wings and Root Vegetable Puree.
Served with Vina Alambrada – Crianza (2007).
Pecan Nut Pie with Orange Ice Cream and Poached Pear.

Due to the popularity of our Supper Club evenings, tickets must be bought in advance.
Tickets are usually priced at €45 each for which you can enjoy 5 courses and 5 glasses of wine for the evening.
